- Case Study
Siemens
Highlights
Siemens approached Sea Change as it looked to transition from being a traditional infrastructure equipment provider to a solutions provider role where it could provide the software, hardware and workforce required to run an electric fleet network, energy management services, and one screen digital buildings application all while the services were not contingent upon each other.
Tasks
Sea Change partnered with the Global CTO for Smart Infrastructure, Thomas Kiessling, to tackle the challenge of developing a new business unit and defining the leadership profiles required to make it successful. Together, we identified and secured the key platform leaders and critical software development talent needed to build out the technology foundation. This work also extended to the creation of international program and project management teams and continued recruitment within the Charging Depot CaaS platform to support its long-term growth and execution.
