Founded by Paige Carratturo and Andy Matthy, Sea Change Advisors works with climate tech investors, their portfolio companies, and divisions of corporations on the forefront of climate solutions to reduce operational risk related to recruiting execution.
Through our advisory services, we provide talent due diligence for climate tech investors so that their portfolio companies can execute solutions rapidly and effectively. We help startups as well as larger companies better understand talent market dynamics, pricing, competition and candidate psychology that may affect their ability to recruit.
We build talent roadmaps and execution plans so that clients can minimize risk and hire the right people at the right time. And through our market intelligence and proprietary toolset honed over years of recruitment experience, we source transformational leaders uniquely qualified to work on climate solutions, sustainability and ESG across the energy, mobility and infrastructure sectors.

Paige Carratturo
Co-Founder
Paige Carratturo is the Co-founder and CEO of Sea Change, a talent venture firm that provides advisory, business intelligence and retained search services to climate tech investors and their portfolio companies as well as some of the largest global corporations that are transforming their executive teams in order to meet the complex demands of moving to a more sustainable and climate-focused operating model. At Sea Change Advisors, she drives thought leadership and leads advisory services and C-level recruiting. Paige co-founded Sea Change as an evolution of the Enertech Search Partners brand, which was founded in 2009. Paige is a thought leader and frequent speaker about topics related to talent strategy, leadership development, acquisition, and retention.
ANDY MATTHY
Co-Founder
Andy has 14 years experience in executive search covering wind, solar, storage, and energy technology solutions. Andy spent 6 years with Hobbs & Towne working with high-profile clients – such as Brookfield Renewables and EDF Renewables, along with startups such as Chargepoint and Edison Energy – focusing on the intersection of energy and technology. His earlier career included 8 years of recruiting with Ajilon Finance and as an independent consultant, focusing on staffing for corporate accounting. Andy is a graduate from Kutztown University with a BS in Physics.
