truCurrent
Highlights
We partnered with truCurrent, a new spin-off from Distributed Sun, on a TaaS model to stand up the team and talent engine in 6 to 12 months. In a highly competitive market, we built core hiring processes that did not yet exist (equity and stock frameworks, offer letter templates, interview rubrics, and day-one operations) while running end-to-end searches to staff priority roles quickly. Result: a repeatable hiring process and a core team ready to scale.

Breaking into a new space beyond Distributed Sun’s community-solar roots was a credibility challenge: the market did not yet know truCurrent. We had to translate the founders’ prior wins and industry involvement into a clear thesis and proof points for candidates, showing why this platform, team, and timing would succeed in a financially volatile market.
