With 17 years of executive recruitment experience across the EU and U.S., Alison brings deep expertise supporting STEM-driven organizations operating at the intersection of technology and energy systems. She has partnered with leadership teams across renewable energy, technology, and Clean Tech 3.0 markets, helping build executive and senior teams through periods of growth, transition, and global expansion.

Alison’s work spans Clean Tech 3.0 software solutions, DERMS, asset management and O&M, and technologies across solar, wind, and battery storage. She is known for her ability to navigate complex technical environments while delivering leaders who can operate across both digital and physical infrastructure at scale.
