After years partnering with Walmart, we led the search for its energy-transition leader and, in parallel, filled roles across EV-charging customer experience, EV-network asset management, retail energy operations, and renewable development (wind, solar, battery, hydrogen). Facing urgent, simultaneous needs, we built pipelines across seven business units and delivered multiple placements within six months. Our prior experience let us navigate approvals quickly and drive searches to closure, accelerating Walmart’s roadmap.
