Highlights
We helped Key Frame Capital launch TeraWatt by recruiting the founding leader in the early days of e-mobility. The brief: turn a $300M real-estate portfolio into a fleet charging platform, work with utilities to maximize sites, and fast-track large interconnections. We sourced cross-sector talent from energy, real estate, and automotive, using our network to move quickly and craft a competitive package. The hire left a large corporation for a lean platform that later raised more than $1B.
Tasks
In 2021, we partnered with stealth REIT Pearl Street Land Company to recruit its first CEO to build the platform and monetize existing assets. We targeted leaders with energy and e-mobility expertise plus real estate experience, capable of monetizing properties along the I-5 and I-95 corridors.
