ThinkLabs AI builds specialized AI for advanced engineering systems; its flagship ThinkLabs Copilot uses proprietary, physics-informed digital twins to deliver clean data and predictive power that can transform grid operations. We continue to hire for them today.
Tasks
Hiring for ThinkLabs is hard because the ideal profile is rare: physics-informed ML + power systems + digital-twin experience, and the ability to build utility-grade OT software with safety, latency, and compliance in mind. Add scarce grid data, SCADA/edge deployments, long utility sales cycles, and cross-border talent/visa constraints, and the pool gets tiny. The biggest drag is the AI buzzword flood—~99.9% of applicants are off-target. We cut through the noise fast, sourcing builders who deliver in real-world grid environments and thrive in startup ambiguity.
