We engaged in 2022 to place a pivotal engineering executive, which became the catalyst for broader company growth support. Since then we have helped scale teams across the business and led the buildout of Utilidata’s new data center organization as it transitioned into an AI and data center–focused play. We continue to hire for them today.
Tasks
This engagement was uniquely challenging because Utilidata was reinventing itself. Long known since 2012 for traditional grid voltage control equipment, the company was restructuring around grid-edge AI and most recently Data Centers. We had to re-market the brand and craft a new talent narrative that translated legacy credibility into a clear, future-facing story for AI, data center, and grid-edge candidates.
