In 2009, she founded Enertech Search Partners, which has supported the growth of over 100 early-stage energy, mobility, and infrastructure technology companies. She has been a partner and advisor to some of the most compelling climate-focused companies and investors in the world. Paige co-founded Sea Change as an extension of the Enertech brand.
