The whole Sea Change team is headed to RE+ 26 in Las Vegas, November 16 to 19, and we could not be more excited.

Energy is being rebuilt around load growth, and the people building it are all in one place. Here is what is on our list:
- The Start-up Program in the Innovation Zone. Early stage founders are where the next generation of grid, storage and efficiency companies start. We love meeting them before the Series A, when the first hires decide everything.
- The RE+ Tech & Innovation Forum. A two-day program covering long-duration storage, AI applications and grid stability, among other topics.
- Data center and microgrid sessions. The first 800 VDC Data Center Microgrid demonstration is new to RE+ 26, and the Grid Edge Theater is home to 30+ microgrid sessions, 14 of them on DC power.
- The General Session, “The Race to Scale.” Monday, November 16 at 5:15 pm, with Claire Williams and Kurt Kelty of GM in conversation, special presentations from Sheri Givens of SEPA and Tim Pawlenty of SEIA, and welcome remarks from Scott Moskowitz and Peter Muhoro.
- Mark Taylor of Currence on the race for electrons, in the Executive Experience breakfast “Powering the New Gold Rush” on Tuesday, November 17, plus the Clean Energy Funders Forum on November 18 with Generate Capital’s David Crane.
Sea Change Talent Partners helps energy and climate technology companies hire the leaders who take them from seed to scale. If you are building in power, infrastructure, resilience or resources, we would love to meet you.
